Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am
Kidfit (45min classes)
Monday & Thursday 5:30pm
Group Cycling
Indoor – Wednesday 6:00 pm
Outdoor – Saturday 7:00 am

Hey Paul & Livfit Family,
It’s cool that you have a blog! We are in the Big Time now! Two things:
(1) Is there any other photo/banner you could have? It’s very pretty, but it kind of looks like something inspirational / religious. Then again, fitness can be a spiritual experience… (I don’t know; maybe it’s just me…) Perhaps a photo of people exercising, etc???
(2) Do you know if WordPress offers an account to people posting comments, so they can verify the authenticity of their comments? I.e., if you sign in under your name, another person can’t post comments pretending to be you. Another blog site I’m a little familiar with has that.
