Group Classes -Warrior Workout

This is an incredible, unique, fitness workout program designed for individuals of all fitness levels. It’s fun, yet challenging! Enjoy the dynamics of a group while receiving personal attention. Strengthen the entire body, including your core (stomach, back &hips). Equipment used includes: bands, free weights, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more! Indoor Cycling/Spinning

Stay in riding shape throughout the winter. We will sprint, jump, climb hills, ride hard, rides easy, and perform intervals. Bring your bike and water bottle. Plan to have fun!

Personal Training – One on One

Receive excellent personal attention in our Livfit Studio. All programs are customized to meet your current fitness level, and challenging enough to guide you toward your fitness goals. Sessions are creative, dynamic and challenging. Click here for more information.

Athletic Conditioning
