New Year Fitness Goals

Yes , it’s time to consider your fitness goals! Did you meet your goals for last year? What are your goals for this year? I’ve heard it said that if you aim for nothing, you’ll hit nothing. So what are you aiming at for 2009? Here are a few suggestions about setting fitness goals:

1. Goals must be realistic.

2. Goals must be measurable.

3. Goals will require sacrifice.

4.Goals should be challenging to obtain.

Getting fit and staying fit is one of the most challenging and ambitious goals that a person can pursue, yet the rewards of being fit and healthy can greatly increase the quality of life for many years to come.
