15 walkouts (stand, bend over at waist, place hands on floor, walk hands out to plank push up position and back, repeat)

16 side hip raise (8 on each side)
15 back hyper
15 dips (use a chair)
30 sec bicycle

     I just want to give a shout out to all of you this morning; Happy Labor Day!

     I really enjoyed seeing everyone out on the baseball diamond this morning for a combined-class workout; what a beautiful day to be outside!

     I&#039;ve been looking forward to meeting all the early morning (and evening) folks, and now I feel like I can put some of the names with the faces.  

     Kickball was a riol!  Billy--you are the MAN!  (He made 3 un-assisted putouts in one inning on defense, and lapped our own teammate on the base-path in 1 of our times at-bat!)

     So enjoy this day, and every day, my family.  Stay focused.  Be steadfast.  &quot;Do no useless thing.&quot; M. Musashi

   It&#039;s cool that you have a blog!  We are in the Big Time now!  Two things:

(1)  Is there any other photo/banner you could have?  It&#039;s very pretty, but it kind of looks like something inspirational / religious.  Then again, fitness can be a spiritual experience...  (I don&#039;t know; maybe it&#039;s just me...)  Perhaps a photo of people exercising, etc???

(2)  Do you know if Wordpress offers an account to people posting comments, so they can verify the authenticity of their comments?  I.e., if you sign in under your name, another person can&#039;t post comments pretending to be you.  Another blog site I&#039;m a little familiar with has that.
