Home workout!

Below are a list of workouts you can do at home, office or while traveling on the road. Have fun!

beginners : 2 rounds, with 1 min. rest between rounds

intermediate: 3 rounds without rest

advanced : 5 rounds without rest

Goal: maintain pace

Warm up

15 push ups
15 sit-ups
15 Mountain climbers
15 walkouts (stand, bend over at waist, place hands on floor, walk hands out to plank push up position and back, repeat)
16 Lunges
16 side hip raise (8 on each side)
15 back hyper
15 dips (use a chair)
30 sec bicycle

Stretch for 10 -15 min.
