Kidfit – Group Fitness for Children ages 8- 11

 

It’s fitness made fun for kids! Kids will run, jump, climb, push, and pull; helping them build a dynamic level of fitness. Kids will also learn proper body mechanism, proper stretching & lifting techniques, and be taught good nutritional habits.

Class schedule: Monday and Thursday 5:15 – 6:00
