Multi-Sport Training Program

Welcome to the 2009 Multi -Sport Training program!

This year we will be offering several custom training options with the focus of helping you achieve your personal fitness and triathlon goals. Please take the time to evaluate what program will best meet your needs – program A: full training sessions with warrior workouts, program B: run/bike sessions only, or program C: information only with a training drop in option.

Training Program A:

  • Week by week custom training program for both running and triathlons per your goals
  • Weekly group training options (Run -Tue & Thur 6:15am , Bike -Wed 5:00 am or 6pm, Sat 6am bike )
  • Swim program offered through the Oak Park YMCA (additional cost through YMCA)
  • Heart rate testing and training
  • Monthly meeting and evaluation with coach
  • Weekly phone calls and e-mail
  • Two weekly strength and conditioning sessions (Warrior Workouts)
  • Team Website/Blog/Log
  • Team Racing Jersey (optional, additional cost $35)

Prerequisites:

  • Heart Rate monitor
  • Meeting with Coach (free, No charge)
  • Written out Goals.

Program Fee: $120 per month ( Feb. 09- Aug. 09), $714 advance payment in full

Training Program B:

  • Week by week custom training program for both running and triathlons per your goals
  • Weekly group training options (Run -Tue & Thur 6:15am , Bike -Wed 5:00 am or 6pm, Sat 6am bike )
  • Swim program offered through the Oak Park YMCA (additional cost through YMCA)
  • Heart rate testing and training
  • Monthly meeting and evaluation with coach
  • Weekly phone calls and e-mail
  • Team Website/Blog/Log
  • Team Racing Jersey (optional, additional cost $35)

Prerequisites

Program Fee: $60 per month ( Feb. 09- Aug. 09), $357 advance payment in full

Training Program C:

  • Week by week custom training program for both running and triathlons per your goals
  • Swim program offered through the Oak Park YMCA (additional cost through YMCA)
  • Class Drop (join any of our training session for $10 per session)
  • Weekly phone calls and e-mail
  • Team Website/Blog/Log
  • Team Racing Jersey (optional, additional cost $35)

Prerequisites:

  • Meeting with Coach (free, No charge)
  • Written out Goals.

Program Fee: $ 30 per month ( Feb. 09- Aug. 09), $178 advance payment in full
